It seems to me that maybe this has to do with your work stresses.

A cave would be a very remote and secluded getaway from life in general. Maybe you feel that your home is this getaway for you.

Though in the drawing, it is set up as a one person space, and a bit lonely. Maybe you need seclusion from everything and this dream is giving it to you as best you can get it.

Yeah, I think I might actually be dreaming of my cave-like apartment back in Brooklyn. The dream cave also has a record player in it.
